HandMade Theatre – ‘Too Many Cooks’
A new interactive family show full of food and fun!

In this tasty show we encounter three food enthusiasts as they battle it out to win Best in Show, with prize winning veg, best bakes and the worlds smelliest cheese.  We also meet a team of whacky waiters with their haphazard tomfoolery, ready to serve you with tea and treats.  Set in a specially converted food van, overflowing with handcrafted goodies and colourful costumes.  So pull up a chair and join us in the ‘Too Many Cooks’ culinary café.

BeatFeet Drumming
BeatFeet Drumming, dance & world music workshops is joining us again this year to add some rhythm to the festival! Join BeatFeet’s Director Jude in a series of interactive drumming workshops for children and families, where you’ll discover your inner drummer!

Area Inbetween
Area Inbetween will be once again releasing our artistic sides at Splendour with a whole host of creative activities.

Area Inbetween are a youth arts organisation run by two professional artists and youth workers. We specialise in providing fun and interesting workshops for young people at schools, festivals, youth centres and community days. Our mission is to inspire young people through the arts and we do just that with innovative and exciting installations, graffiti, crafts, dance, media, music and more. Our organisation is a non profit community organisation and we believe in protecting the environment by using recycled materials as much as we can with our artwork. Creativity is contagious and we hope to spread our love of art and empower and inspire all our young people with exciting new hobbies and interests!

Creative Clay!
It’s time to get creative and make your very own clay sculpture to take home with you. We’ll be diving under the sea to make a selection of sea creatures. Make an outlandish octopus, a fantastical fish, or come up with a mythical creation of your own!

Sailors
Climb aboard the Good Ship Splendour and get in the sailor spirit by making your very own costume. Decorate your sailors hat and then it’s all hands on deck! Ay ay cap’n!
